Process and detail oriented, Christina Hu prides herself in being a people person and has always enjoyed wonderful working relationships with colleagues, vendor partners, and stakeholders.
As a Program Manager for Palantir.net, she takes on the role of team lead/Scrum Master for her projects. She is responsible for handling client communications; managing project scope and timeline; facilitating spring ceremonies; and overseeing project financials.
Christina is a certified Scrum Master who has been managing Drupal projects for more than five years, with 13 years of experience working in the higher education industry. She began her professional journey as a web developer.
Before she joined Palantir.net, Christina worked as Technical Project Manager for the University of Michigan - Dearborn, where she wore many hats. She performed quality assurance testing and functional testing; served as technical lead for various website projects; managed vendor and stakeholder communications; provided training to fellow colleagues and faculty; and supported the team in front end development.
Christina designates her weekends to spending with her family, designating the summer months to being outside as much as possible - walks, biking, picnics, and hanging out in her backyard with extended family. Her hobbies, among many, include cross-stitch embroidery and gardening.
