Director of People and Process

As Director of People and Process, Colleen oversees the positivity and productivity of the Palantir team. She also provides strategic consultation and training. Colleen has experience as a front-end developer, as well as CMS implementation and training program development. She has a BA in Studio Art and a BA in Management Information Systems (Business) from St. Xavier University.

What do you do outside of Palantir?

Walk my dogs "Biscuit" and "Gravy", foodie adventures, drink Champy, watch lots of bad television usually involving high fashion or teen drama, sometimes sewing or gardening, slightly obsessing over making bread, spending good quality time with my family and friends. Definitely not spending time on a computer, although I can't stay away from twitter when Champy is involved.

Gauntlet, Donkey Kong, Star Wars Legos.
