What three books would you recommend for anyone who does what you do?
- The Elements of User Experience (Garrett) — for inspiration on communicating simply about something inherently complex.
- Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most (Stone, Patton, Heen, Fisher) — for perspective on communication choices and opportunities.
- Design Like You Give a Damn (Architecture for Humanity) — to witness how a passion for helping others can feed and inspire one's own creative practices; and for the title alone.
